CURRENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE

SOUS CHEF - Casual or Permanent Part Time Position.... would suit a recently qualified apprentice in commercial cookery looking for the next step. Must have the desire to move into kitchen management and input into the menu and specials.

The kitchen team is a friendly, young and enthusiastic and the right person for this position should have similar attributes with some supervisory experience. Rotating 7 day Roster - Remuneration appropriate on experience and qualifications.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA • Knowledge of HACCP legislation, • Up to date on current food trends, • Creative and display stability & maturity • Ability to cope with high volume during peak service • Stock control(stocktaking & ordering including liaising with suppliers) • Maintain fair/flexible rostering practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Enjoy training and developing of newer staff

DESIRABLE CRITERIA • Computer Literate • Hatted experience

GENERAL CRITERIA Ability to maintain current standards in the kitchen that relate to:- QUALITY, SERVICE & CLEANLINESS
